Projects may evolve. Descriptions of plans, access, events, rewards, or future opportunities are not guarantees. Any specific offer or program will be governed by its own written terms.
The MOVE. Community
MOVE. membership is not ownership, an investment, or a guarantee of income, profit, equity, or returns. Participation and access remain subject to written rules, availability, safety requirements, and the stage of each project.
Meeting bookings
Paid meetings are focused working conversations during the time shown at booking. They do not include continuing advisory services, a promised deliverable, or a guaranteed outcome. Full payment is due when the meeting is booked.
You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund or booking credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed meetings are generally non-refundable because that time was held for you. If Jon needs to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund or a new time.
Meeting conversations may involve ideas, experience, or practical feedback, but they are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for engaging qualified professionals where needed.
The Small Business First-Step Consult provides practical organizational guidance based on Jon's firsthand experience helping people begin businesses. It does not include legal formation services, tax preparation, banking approval, or guaranteed acceptance by any state, bank, lender, or payment provider. Government filing fees and other third-party costs are not included.
Payments
Payments are processed through the payment provider connected to SoloLink. JonThomasBuck.com and Jon Buck Enterprises, LLC do not store your full card number. The payment provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply to the transaction.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the writing, branding, and original site content belong to Jon Thomas Buck. You may link to or briefly quote the site with clear attribution. Other reproduction requires permission.
